I get a random call from Another agent saying they apologize and of course they can deliver whats on hand since that one item wont be available until August. We are in 3 week of July, another estimate delivery and still no delivery. Why arent any of my suggestions an option. What?! Are we in ****?! This is a company that seems to be working with a prehistoric system. And they cannot separate the order to refund the one portion causing the delay. She tells me the one item that has been delaying everything, the one that is now back ordered, is a custom item that cannot be returned. What ticket?! I dont accept this option and ask for my money back.
